7 Year Warranty, 2 Years Full Coverage Included

1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

 

We deliver products that must conform to the contract.

 

If a product is not in conformity, the consumer is entitled to:

  1. Repair or replacement free of charge;
  2. If repair or replacement is impossible or unsuccessful: a price reduction or termination of the contract.

 

For at least 2 years from delivery:

  • Repair or replacement shall be free of charge.
  • This includes transport, labour and parts.
  • Repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer.

 

These rights are granted under EU Directive 2019/771 and applicable national consumer law and are not limited by this warranty.


2. Commercial Warranty – Additional 5 Years

 

In addition to the legal guarantee, we provide a commercial warranty of 5 additional years (total warranty period of 7 years from delivery).

 

This commercial warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights.


3. Scope of Commercial Warranty (Years 3–7)

 

During years 3 through 7:

  • Warranty applies to technical and structural defects only.
  • We will provide replacement parts free of charge.
  • Transport costs for a valid warranty claim are covered by us.
  • Labour, installation and assembly are at the consumer’s expense.
  • Full product replacement or termination of the contract is excluded, unless required by mandatory consumer law.

4. What Is Covered

  • Structural defects
  • Mechanical failures under normal use
  • Frame
  • Mechanism
  • Gas lift cylinder
  • Parts that fail prematurely under normal intended use

5. What Is Not Covered

 

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Wear parts (including wheels, arm pads and upholstery)
  • Cosmetic imperfections consistent with refurbished products
  • Discolouration
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper use
  • Incorrect assembly
  • Modifications or repairs by third parties
  • Damage resulting from customer-arranged transport
  • External damage after delivery

 

Note: If a defect was already present at the time of delivery, the consumer may still rely on statutory conformity rights.


6. Refurbished Nature of the Product

 

The chairs sold are refurbished products. Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with their refurbished nature do not constitute a defect unless otherwise expressly agreed.


7. Warranty Procedure

 

To make a claim:

  • The defect must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • We may request photo or video evidence.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving the claim.
